The space Located on the upstairs level of ‘Botanica on Rossiter’ just minutes from the beach, this newly renovated stay offers a comfortable and convenient base while you discover Darwin. An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area welcomes guests with a fresh, neutral colour palette and coastal-inspired furnishings. You’ll find everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy four-seater table. Guests also have the option of dining alfresco on the private balcony, where cosy outdoor seating overlooks the leafy streetscape. In the living area, a large sofa provides the perfect spot to kick back with a movie after a day of sightseeing, while an armchair by the window offers additional seating to settle in with your favourite book. Ceiling fans and split system air-conditioning throughout ensure year-round comfort. Two spacious bedrooms sleep four guests, with the master bedroom including a queen-size bed while the second bedroom offers two single beds, making this an ideal stay for a family getaway. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans and large windows to capture the natural light and ocean breezes. Guests can freshen in the immaculately appointed bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, while a washing machine and drying rack allow for a self-sufficient stay.
