Only 3 hours from the GTA. The space The Cottage Fully enovated from top to bottom — new flooring, new kitchen, new bathrooms — with a warm, open-concept design that brings the lake inside. Six spacious bedrooms with quality mattresses, three full bathrooms with standing showers and a soaker tub, plus an extra powder room. The living area features massive windows overlooking the water and a cozy wood stove — the kind of view you’ll want to sit in front of all day. Hosting up to 12 guests across 7 beds: • Master (BR1): King bed with ensuite bathroom — 2nd floor • BR2 & BR3: Queen beds with large wardrobes — 2nd floor • BR4 & BR5: Queen beds with dedicated workspaces — 1st floor • BR6: Double bed — 1st floor • Living room: Pull-out queen sofa bed by the fireplace and lake view Your Private Spa Unwind after a day on the water in the hot tub or sauna — both on property, both yours exclusively. A large area outdoors with a lounge and dining areas to fit everyone as well as a firepit for warm evenings! Build your memories around the wood stove and watching a great lake out of the huge windows! Or you can go out and explore the lake using kayaks or paddle boards! Summer on the Lake Koshlong Lake is deep, clean, and perfect for everything. We provide everything you need: • Kayaks, canoe, paddleboards (SUP) and pedal boat • A boat launch close-by and large dock • Life jackets for adults and kids • Sandy shallow entry areas and a natural stone kids’ pool in the lake • Firepit for evening bonfires • Hammock and outdoor kid's swing • Spacious outdoor lounge and dining areas The lake is deep enough for motorboats and excellent for fishing. The surrounding trails are great for hiking and cycling. The property is large, private, and ideal for kids to roam freely. Game Room & Indoors When you’re ready to come inside: • Game room with pool table, foosball, board games & books • 3 Arcade machines • 65” TV with Netflix & Disney+ • Vinyl turntable (60s & 70s) + Bluetooth speaker • Coffee machine and armchairs facing the lake • Wood stove with panoramic water views Winter Getaway This cottage is just as magical in the snow: • Sir Sam’s Ski Hill — only 25 minutes away • Ice fishing and snowshoeing directly on the frozen lake (equipment provided) • Snowmobile trail access • Hot tub and sauna season is year-round Note: AWD vehicle required for winter access. The Essentials Everything is taken care of — towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, and kitchen staples. You just need to show up. Please note: as with any natural lakeside setting, occasional wildlife sightings are possible despite regular professional treatments. It’s part of the charm of being truly in nature. Questions?
