This large spacious house has views of Brisbane Waters. The house is a unique Retro design of the P&O luxury liners with its curved staircase, walls and round porthole windows It has ample space to accomodate 10-12 people with large bedrooms and several living spaces. It’s a very large, quiet, peaceful house with commanding views & centrally located. 2 min walk to direct trains to Sydney 5 min walk to Gosford Hospital, stadium, shops, restaurants & waterfront. 20 min to Beaches. The space Downstairs has a separate entrance, living area, shower room and bedroom with King size bed. Up the curved staircase you will find main bedroom with a Queen Size bed, another bedroom with a Kingsize bed that can be separated into 2 single beds on request. On this level is also a large separate kitchen, a separate dining room and lounge and a full bathroom. At the back of the house there is a large rumpus room with its own entrance - it can used independent of the house with a toilet and laundry. This room has a sofa bed, a single bed and two double beds. This room can be used for extra sleeping arrangements or as a relaxing 3rd living room. It is very private and has a lovely garden view.
