The space The house is a mansion with neighbors on both sides. The townhouse has 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a living room with TV and sofas, dining room and kitchen, hall, toilet. The living room and dining room are separated by an original ensuite with stained glass doors. The dining room is adjacent to the sunny and cozy garden and has an open connection to the modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you may use all the herbs and cooking utensils. There is a cooking island with 2 bar stools, ideal for a quick breakfast or a drink while cooking. In the garden, there is a garden set of a large dining table with chairs under a shade cloth. There is a cozy furnished covered veranda and a BBQ. There is a floating umbrella to sit in the shade. On the second floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms, a master bedroom with an electrically adjustable king-size bed (180-210) on the garden side and a bedroom ensuite on the street side, 1 bathroom with toilet, double sink and a shower bath combination. Other things to note The beach (8 km and 25 minutes by bike) and the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix (10 km) are easily accessible by bike. There is a bicycle shed where you can store your rented property or your own (brought) bikes. There is a security camera at the front door, pointed at the driveway, not on the street. Bus stops 100 meters away; Bus 240 takes you quickly to Haarlem Station to travel to Amsterdam or The Hague. Take Bus 340 towards Hoofddorp to get to Schiphol.
