The sun-filled A-frame great room beckons with its remarkable vistas, complemented by a grand stone wood burning fireplace, 75" smart TV and a sleek wet bar. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, each with their own stylishly appointed bathrooms. One of these bedrooms grants direct access to the upper deck, where you can savor the fresh coastal breeze. Venture downstairs to discover a generous rec room, complete with seating and ping pong table, offering endless entertainment possibilities. An additional two bedrooms and a bathroom await, providing ample space for everyone to find their own personal haven. One of these bedrooms leads out to the lower deck, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. With over 2,600 square feet of exquisitely designed space, the rhythmic sounds of the waves lulling you to sleep, and a backyard that opens up to a pristine, private beach, accessible exclusively to its residents, ensuring a private and serene experience - this sanctuary promises an unforgettable stay. Embrace adventure with our collection of watercraft, including a canoe and two kayaks, a children's playground swing set, swim in the crystal clear & clean bay - shallow entry with gradual deepness making our beachfront safe for children and elders, fish, go boating or simply unwind by the crackling fire in one of our two wood-burning high-efficiency fireplaces. Our custom outdoor fire pit with muskoka chairs also awaits you and your group at the shore, where you can gather under the starry sky, enjoy smores and share stories that will last a lifetime. The wrap-around deck invites you to soak in the surrounding beauty, while the ping pong and foosball tables, as well as a wide selection of books and board games, ensure that every moment is filled with joy and laughter. Before booking, please take a moment to carefully review the entire listing, as we do have important information listed, including noise restrictions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, excluding outdoor storage sheds. While our property offers seclusion, it's important to acknowledge that our neighbors also cherish their own sanctuaries. We kindly request that you honour their tranquility, as well as adhere to our local noise by-laws, which dictate no noise prior to 8:00 am or after 11:00 pm. Moreover, playing of music outdoors at any time is NOT allowed (sound travels quick and far by open water), and we ask that music played indoors is at a reasonable volume. While a bonfire by the beach is a delightful indulgence, we urge you to exercise utmost consideration, especially during dusk when fellow neighbors are reveling in the beauty of the sunset. Your understanding and regard for our cherished cottage and neighbors is greatly appreciated, ensuring a harmonious and memorable stay. Please note repeated noise complaints may result in early termination of your trip. Other things to note All within a short drive you will find Balmy Beach Convenience, LCBO, the Bruce caves, the Bruce Trail, famous Big Bay Ice Cream, public beaches, public pier and dock, Cobble Beach golf course, restaurants, hiking trails and more. There's also LOTS to do during winter! Relish in the nearby snowmobiling and snowshoe trails, humane dog sledding, ski hills, tobogganing hills or cozy-up in front of the fireplace and read a book or stream your favourite movies on either of our two smart tvs, one of which is 75”. No matter the weather or season, our cottage promises to help create lasting memories. Please be careful & use with caution. *Although we provide non-motorized watercraft and life jackets, please be advised we take no responsibility or liability if an accident occurs. Please assess water conditions and participate at your own risk. *Please be aware that both indoor fireplace handles and doors can get very hot during operation. *Please be cautious when going up/down from the loft. Although there is a handrail, there is space in between which is open. *Water shoes recommended (not necessary) for beach entry. We provide a few pairs for our guests' convenience. *We do not provide firewood, so please don't forget to bring your own firewood if you plan on using the campfire *We are on a septic system, so please only flush toilet paper in the toilet, no wipes or other items as this will clog the system *There are exterior security cameras installed for the safety of our guests and property. We also installed noiseware monitoring devices inside and outside the cottage. The noiseware devices measure sound levels only (no audio recordings) and send us an alert if the noise level surpasses a set threshold. This is to ensure there are no parties or events onsite. *Guests will need to use their own streaming account logins to access netlfix, disney, prime, etc. *Other than those guests' part of the original booking (max 10 guests unless otherwise approved), additional visitors are not allowed at the property. * No drone flying above/around property to respect neighbour's privacy. * No fireworks to be set at or around property. Area by-laws do not allow fireworks except on Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic holiday or labour day between the hours of 7pm - 11pm. * Max 2 garbage bags for 3 night bookings, 4 garbage bags for 7 night bookings. Additional bags must be taken by guests upon departure to local dump site nearby. No limit on appropriately bagged recycle bags. *Please do not leave any muskoka chairs on the steel dock. They will get blown away into the water. *All watercraft must be brought back onto the shore onto the grass next to the deck box after use. Otherwise, the wind and water pressure will wash the watercraft away into the water. *1 pet permitted per stay. Guest must notify host at time of reservation and pet must be non-shedding. Failure to notify may result in additional cleaning fees.
