The space This small 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is the perfect home base while exploring the area. This apartment has been renovated, with mid-century and scandinavian furniture with contemporary finishes. Both bedrooms are outfitted with memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. A queen sized sofa bed in the main room allows additional sleeping areas and offers more space than a standard hotel room. The apartment is equipped with fast WiFi, 3 smart TVs, and bedside wireless chargers. Whip up a home-cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen which includes a gas range, oven, and microwave, but please note that there is no dishwasher. Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire apartment. Shared laundry facilities are available in the building, but cannot be guaranteed. Other things to note This unique property is part of a curated collection of homes, managed by Hiplandia Vacation Rentals. Please note that the lead guest will be required to fill out our virtual check-in form prior to their stay. This will include a verification and screening of ID, security deposit or damage waiver and a signed rental agreement. As with any major city, street parking can be challenging at times, especially in the evening. Please be sure to check the signs for street sweeping hours to avoid a costly ticket. There is a sorority house next door that occasionally hosts gatherings. Since this is an apartment with thinner walls, you will sometimes hear the neighbors - even late at night, including sounds of them walking above, their children or their dogs barking.
