You will find the house very central, literally, only a few minute’s walk to the two hospitals and the supermarket 100 meters up the road open from 7am – 7pm 7 days a week. The house being an older cottage style built-in 1950,s is charming but has the same aging that comes with any house on stumps I'm happy with Airbnb guests who like to travel with their pets The main City centre and Front Beach are around a 3-minute drive up one direct road (Durlacher St), and the local bus literally stops outside the front of the house. It is also in the ( New to Geraldton ) BEAM scooter hire Zone. So you can be reassured you can hop on any of the 3'000 scooters in town and ride them home. At the time of writing this, the charge was around 50c a minute. so it costs you around $7 to get into town and can be a lot of fun. • Under the grapes vines on the side of the house is a large wooden 2-seater bench made out of wood from the local islands off the coast of Geraldton ( The Abroholos Islands ) It is a cool place to relax in the afternoons, and feel free to enjoy the grapes when ripe. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen with a gas stove and basic kitchen, a lounge, a study area, a sitting area, a separate toilet and shower, and laundry with a washing machine. There is parking for 2 cars beside the house. Please do not park in the gravel driveway as this is access for people at the rear battle-ax block We have just installed new reverse cycle air conditioning in ALL the bedrooms and the lounge The house has 2 Lounges, the Main lounge has a large SMART TV, DVD and approx 150 DVDs to choose from, It also has Netflix and Kayo all logged in and ready to Watch if requested on booking for no additonal cost. The rear lounge room has a projector set up with a DVD player for those mini Movie nights, or just a place to chill and watch on a bigger screen. Guest have access to the whole house Guests do not have access to 2 sheds to the rear of the 2nd driveway, as this is a battle-AXE block, There is another accommodation residence at the rear of the property ( completely fenced off separately.
