To ensure the pool is heated upon your arrival, payment and request must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. No Parties or Events: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Phoenix and Arcadia neighborhood enforce noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and the removal of our listing. Security Cameras: For your safety and in compliance with local regulations, A Ring cameras are installed at the front door. This is used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. No other cameras or recording devices are located on the property. Noise Monitoring: A Minut device is installed to monitor occupancy and decibel levels. It does not record audio or video, but helps ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. If an exception is granted or a pet is found during your stay, a $175 non-refundable pet fee will be charged for additional cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
