Our lower-level walkout guest suite, with own driveway and entrance, offers the perfect retreat, providing comfort and relaxation. Enjoy the warm glow of the fire pit or sway gently on the porch swing, taking in the breathtaking country views that surround you. Indoors enjoy a game of pool, darts or board games. Convenient to bourbon trail, wineries and quaint towns. Cell service is AT&T. Wi-Fi provided by Starlink. The space Your private lower-level walkout suite is spacious with 1200 square feet. It is bright and airy with large windows and French doors. There is a large single bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath and a buffet with fridge, microwave, coffee-pot and toaster. Large 55" TV, pool table and dartboard. Lots of fun outdoors with numerous games such as bocce ball, croquet and cornhole as well as a large assortment of indoor table games such as Scrabble, Rummikub, dominos and more. There is a potting shed to explore and an adorable bridge and a creek on the property perfect for strolling or those photos you have been wanting. Are you looking for a spot to propose and get engaged? We can have champagne chilled and the fire pit burning! We'd love to help and can offer great experiences catered to your needs. Private entrance and contact free access. If you are a family looking for a stopping point on your travels, we can accommodate you as well and have both a blow-up mattress and a pack and play, highchair, etc. Guest access You will have access to the lower driveway which has plenty of parking for vehicles, boats, etc. You'll have a private entry (french doors with smart lock) located on the back lower patio. You'll have access to the entire lower-level suite, excluding our own personal closet and garage. Other things to note 1. We occupy the upper level of this home, and you may occasionally hear us even though we are a very quiet couple. We work outside on the farm, and you may occasionally see us, but we will not invade your space unless invited. 2. Heating and air are controlled by a thermostat located upstairs. We can change this at any time requested. 3. Cell phone service can sometimes be finicky with any carrier other than AT&T. We do offer Wi-Fi (Starlink) which you can connect to, and you can enable your phone for Wi-Fi calling if necessary. Simple written instructions are provided in the suite for enabling either an Android or iPhone.
