The space In addition to presenting guests with a magnificent WELCOME RECEPTION KIT, the accommodation features water heating and a built-in stove, both fueled by natural gas, air-conditioners in the bedrooms (12,000 and 9,000 BTU) and a 22,000 BTU split in the Living Room. The suite has a 42' TV and the living room has a 55' TV, both with internet access (SMART) and digital signal connection via portable antenna. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a perfect stay, and in the laundry room the guest will have a Samsung washing machine and enough space for storing dirty clothes and a built-in clothes rack. Guest access Access to the areas and facilities of the accommodation is allowed to guests, except for the 3rd bedroom and laundry bathroom (both will remain closed), and the gourmet balcony barbecue (unavailable). Other things to note 1 - Regardless of self check-in, all guests must go to the Condominium Administration (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) to register for access to the pool area (present valid medical certificates) and, if they wish to attend the gym, fill out the medical history made available on site. 2 - During the Administration's business hours, the co-host may be present to direct guests to complete the registration mentioned in item 1, and to provide initial guidance regarding the accommodation.
