We are situated on a seasonal creek with lush landscaping and towering redwoods, maples and other beautiful and interesting plants. Located in a rural community neighborhood, the house is private yet connected to the community. Guest access Guests to the Kenwood House will have full access to the house. The owners have a private studio and outbuilding for their personal use. Other things to note Transient Occupancy Tax - A 12% tax is required by the County Sonoma. This is included in AirBnB fees collected. Rate and cleaning fee are subject to this tax. A queen sized sofa bed is located in the living room. For privacy, a pocket door can be used to separate the living room from the other bedrooms. The owner has an on-site studio where he operates his landscape architectural business, but works away while guests are present. TOT Certificate #373
