You'll be close to dining, groceries, and the hospital. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. The space Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Immediately inside is the living room with a full-size sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. The dining room and kitchen are to the right of the living room. We provide a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essential kitchenware items needed to prepare meals during your stay! A beautiful farm table with seating for 8 is in the dining room. This home has a split-bedroom layout. The master bedroom is on the far right side, just off the dining room. This room has a king bed, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The additional three bedrooms and bathroom are in the hall on the left side of the living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two have two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is shared between these bedrooms and has a shower/tub combination. Out back, a charcoal grill and picnic table are available! ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** Guest access The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
