BIKE USE LIABILITY DISCLOSURE & REQUIREMENT: We provide 2 complimentary adult-sized bicycles and helmets (located in the utility closet) for guest use. To use the bicycles, the primary renter must sign an digital liability waiver/release form within 48 hours of booking. Guests use the bicycles and helmets entirely at their own risk. If you do not wish to sign the waiver, you may not use the bicycles. Code for the bike locks will be provided once the waiver is signed.
