At Bronze Grove Farm and Chalets we encourage you to wonder around and absorb the natural earthy pleasures of farm life. The farm is situated at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountain Range and incorporates part of the famous Tradouw Pass and is 3 kms from the quaint little village of Barrydale. We are a working farm concentrating on olives. We hand harvest and produce extra virgin cold pressed olive oil and bottled olives. We have introduced zebra and various antelope that roam freely. The space Kumba Cottage is the original old farmhouse that has been restored, renovated and modernized without losing its charm of yesteryear. There are two en-suite bedrooms with a double bed in each. The unique showers are large and have a view over the veld where maybe an inquisitive zebra might stare at you occasionally. The fully equipped kitchen and lounge open onto a covered patio with a built-in braai and seating. In the lounge there is a fireplace to cosy up those chilly winter wine-evenings. Kumba Cottage overlooks the dam and olive grove with open views of the veld and surrounding mountains offering wonderful sightings of the various animals that come down for a drink in the dam.
