Our self contained place is close to the beach, public transport, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love our studio because of the cosiness and the location to the beach and restaurants. Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers, who want the independence of a self-contained base, with the convenience of a hotel environment. The space The self contained studio is within a large Victorian property in a quiet area of Southsea. The self contained studio has its own kitchen with oven, hob, microwave. kettle and toaster. There is a dining area and easy chairs for 2 people, and a huge superking bed. We use high quality 100% cotton linen, and provide super fluffy bath towels. The studio has a small shower room, complete with complimentary toiletries. To make your stay more relaxing we also have a daily housekeeping service. Guest access The studio is self contained, guests will not need access to any other areas of the building. Other things to note The off road parking needs a permit between the times of 11:00am and midday and also 18:00 and 19:00. We can provide a permit at cost for £2.50 this cover a 12 hour period.
