Firepit cannot be used during bush fire season. A gas BBQ is available for guest use. For optimal grilling and to prevent rust, the grates are intentionally left seasoned and may show normal charring from previous use. We ensure it's clean and ready for cooking, but please do not expect it to look brand new, as this is standard for a well-maintained outdoor grill. Guests are kindly asked to clean the grates with the provided brush after each use. Use of the telescope is a communal activity for adults and very well-behaved children and MAY have other guests or paying customers present. Stays of 4 nights or more can use the washing machine in our house for 1 load every 4 nights. Alternatively, there is a laundromat in Singleton. Other things to note We don't charge a cleaning fee at this time so it is expected you wash your own dishes and leave the kitchen in the condition you found it. Although this is the norm with most Airbnb's we need to mention it. Early check-in is SOMETIMES possible (at request) and is charged at $30 per hour before 2pm up to a maximum of 2 hours.
