The formal lounge offers plush carpet, a 65" TV, DVD player, and a cozy study nook with desk, lounge, books, and board games for all ages. Bedrooms one and two feature queen beds, with bedroom two boasting a private ensuite. The third bedroom has two king single beds. The main bathroom includes a corner bath and separate shower. Bathrooms come with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and family area includes a second living space with another 65" TV—perfect for kids. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with the Miele induction cooktop, Miele wall oven, Miele dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, filtered water tap, and granite-look breakfast bar. Basic starter supplies are provided including a range of teas, coffee stix, sugar, long life milk etc. Sliding doors connect to the formal lounge and outdoor entertaining area. Step outside to a private, paved undercover patio and garden courtyard with a 6-seater dining set and Beefeater stainless steel BBQ. The internal laundry includes top and front-loading washers, dryer, ironing facilities, and a cupboard stocked with beach games and picnic gear.
