The home, upstairs, comprises two bedrooms (one with a King bed & the second with two singles), two bathrooms, laundry, lounge with free standing fire for those cold Winter days, open plan kitchen & dining (there's even a second dining nook) & sunroom. Whilst downstairs is the third bedroom (with a double bed & a single bed) & ensuite. Downstairs also has an area to fully secure your fishing gear & mountain bikes. There' s a five bike rack & some tools for minor repairs in here, as well. And the piece de-resistance downstairs is the games room! Yes you read correctly, a GAMES room. Complete with ping pong table, air hockey table, lounge & another tv. Outside there is a fire pit, in the garden, which takes in the view over Georges Bay. It's the perfect spot to catch up with each other on your day's activities. Plus there is a walkway to the beach from here! We know you will fully love spending time in this home & making it your base whilst exploring the St.Helens area. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note There is a fold out bed, for the eighth guest, which can be placed in any room. This is more suited to children than adults. There are approx. 17 stairs from downstairs third bedroom, bathroom & storage area to the remainder of the house upstairs. The garage is not suitable for parking vehicles or boats.
