This four bedroom, two bathroom, two storey home is located in a central location with Narrawallee Beach, Narrawallee Lake and children’s park just a short stroll away making this property the ideal location for the family getaway. Also located just a short drive to Mollymook Beach and Mollymook Shops, Grey Dolphins fish & chip shop, bakery, IGA, bottle shop and a Woodburn Deli. Milton Township and Ulladulla are also within a close drive away. There is so much more to discover in this special part of the world - the more you relax the more you’ll see. Property Details: The ground floor has a sitting room great for relaxing with a good book after a day spent at the beach or watching TV. The queen bedroom opens out onto the large downstairs deck and beautifully landscaped fully fenced back yard (sorry no pets). There is also an additional bedroom with 2 x built in single bunk beds (4 x single beds in total). Upstairs is an open plan kitchen with all the essential items including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and cooking essentials & kitchen basics, dining room and living area with a reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you comfortable all year round. The lounge room also opens out onto the upstairs deck with outdoor dining. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bedroom with a queen, with a recently renovated main bathroom with small bath (suitable for young children only). With a separate reading and TV room downstairs, there is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy some quiet time.
