In the living room, you can enjoy the 55" flat screen TV, including cable TV, DVD player, stereo, and seating for everyone. There is an adjacent kitchen with bar stools and a kitchen table. This home also features a separate formal dining area for 6 guests. The luxurious master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a Roman walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub, and all the comforts you will need. The guest rooms have a queen bed, “Seaside-style” decorated, with a built-in wardrobe. Two twins, known as the “safari room”, also with a built-in wardrobe, TV, and a lot of toys in the dresser, are ideal for the kids. Outside, you can enjoy the lanai with a large table and 6 chairs for outside dinner, a gas BBQ, 4 sun loungers, and a sun umbrella around the beautiful electric heated pool with a waterfall and a breathtaking view over the lake with this large picture window in the screen. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
