Cockatoo Hideaway: surrounded by nature

Our charming 4-bedroom house is located in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges, just a short drive from Puffing Billy Railway, Avalon Castle, and all the other attractions the area has to offer. The house is surrounded by nature, with plenty of walking trails, bike paths, and wildlife to explore. The house is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to explore the Dandenong Ranges. There are so many things to see and do in the area, from hiking and biking to visiting the local wineries. The space Just one hour drive from the Melbourne CBD, and has enough space to park three vehicles on the property. Our holiday home is a two-story house that has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. And it has all the necessary utensils and cookware. We also provide salt, pepper & oil as well. The large deck around the top story is the perfect place to read a book or enjoy a cup of coffee/tea. It also has a BBQ. Guest access Guests are welcome to wander around the property to take in the sounds of the birds and tranquil surrounds. Other things to note Parking Can park up to 3 vehicles on the property. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out The standard check-in time is 3 pm. The standard check-out time is 10 am. - An extra $30 will be charged for early check-in or late checkout. - Local Council and CFA regulations ban fires outdoors during the declared Fire Danger Period, usually during the summer months. All fires, and any activities that may cause sparks, are banned on Total Fire Ban days. Contact Cardinia Shire Council if unsure. - The driveway entry was quite steep. Drive safely.
