Over time, mortar and stone can degrade, creating fine dust particles. Wooden beams and floors can also produce dust as they age and wear down. We do our best to vacuum and dust the entire unit, but sometimes this is not enough. So, if you have allergies to dust, maybe this is not a good place for you. ☛ Must be able to climb stairs! ☛ If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. I am very reasonable and am aiming to please. Your feedback is taken seriously and is appreciated. Feel free to message me privately before leaving a public review. ☛ The Parking Pass must be picked up from the apartment before going to the garage. You need the pass to open the gate and park for free. Without the pass to open the gate, you will have to pay. If any problems with the pass, please let us know right away so that we can help. Security at the gate ONLY speaks french. ☛ The home is in a lively, central area popular with tourists. Like in most big cities, you may see individuals experiencing homelessness. Homelessness is a deeply sad and unfortunate reality, reflecting how easily people can fall into difficult circumstances due to factors like housing costs, health issues, or unexpected life events. It’s a reminder of the importance of compassion, understanding, and community support for those facing these challenges.
