Complete, spacious, recently renovated house in the Itamambuca condominium on a corner lot. The house has 4 ground-floor en-suites, a living room with two areas, an open kitchen and a half bath. Mezzanine with cinema space with smart TV and bench for studies or work. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi with large teak deck connected to the balcony that surrounds the house. Even-numbered side of the beach with more tranquility, PERFECT for families. * PETs are not allowed. No big parties with loud music. The space Four ground suites with air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Towels have electric towel rails to keep towels always dry. All beds have thermal sheets for the coolest nights. One of the suites is a studio with external access to the house and has a mini kitchen, sofa bed and a private deck. The house also has a fourth external suite that will soon be available for rent. The barbecue is located in a privileged place, with privacy next to the native forest and is connected to the balcony used for the breakfasts. The pool has a heated whirlpool connected to a large teak deck (noble wood that does not heat) that connects the balcony and access to the front rooms, making it easy to move from one environment to the other. The main avenue overlooking the preserved central area has a beautiful trail that connects all the streets of the allotment. The house has an employee who takes care of the cleaning from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 am (must be hired for this minimum journey). Monday to Saturday and you are available to stay longer to make lunch and/or assist with maintenance and cleaning during the afternoon. The hiring of this additional period can be negotiated directly by the guest according to their need. The house also has a laundry with a washing machine that can be used, but we request that it be used only with the supervision of the employee. Guest access The house, being on a corner, has two car entrances and two pedestrian accesses. Cars must be parked on Rua 22. The vehicle entrance on Rua 22 provides exclusive access to suite 1. Access to suite 1 is through the balcony with a unique key, and access to the house also has a key that accesses the kitchen. The key delivery combination is made at the time of booking. Other things to note GARBAGE SEPARATION: We take special care to preserve the environment, so we are very careful about separating the garbage from the house. Organic waste should be left in the external wooden trash container on Rua 22, and recycled waste is removed every Friday at the house. If you have a large amount of recycled waste during the week, we ask that it be taken to the collection point at the exit of Itamambuca Beach. SECURITY: Itamambuca beach is a subdivision open to the public, but it has an Association that we pay monthly and helps maintain the streets, beaches and 24-hour security. You will see a security motorcycle that makes rounds throughout the day and night. IMPORTANT: Itamambuca Beach is an extremely preserved place, filled with native plants and animals. In case of storms, there may be power and internet outages that impact the operation of the house's electric showers.
