There are 4 four motion-activated exterior security cameras for "home safety and for security purposes only". During the reservation, none of these four cameras captures any image from inside the house, and they are for viewing images 24/7 outside the rental property only. Camera 1 is located on top of the living room window views outside the front door and porch. Camera 2 is located in the parking lot, with views outside the driveway/ guests' parking. Camera 3 is located in the backyard and views our backyard, and Camera 4 is located on the side and views the outside of the rental property. *FIRE EXTINGUISHER -Located in the Kitchen, Kidde Home Series 5-B-C for fighting Class B flammable liquid & Class C electrical fires. *SMOKE, CO AND STROBE ALARM, LOCATED IN EVERY FLOOR/ HALLWAY Kidde 3-in-1 Hardwire Interconnected Combination Smoke and CO Alarm with Strobe Light provides temporal patterns and Voice Alert. -All the alarms of the entire house are electrically connected. - Nest smoke and CO alarm is installed in the Main floor hallway. *DUCT (HVAC) SMOKE DETECTORS -Air products and controls, SL-2000 series. CONTACTLESS AND KEYLESS ENTRY You will be doing self-check-in anytime after 4 PM at your convenience, as our CHECK-IN uses a KEYPAD, and no key is required. The keypad is located in the front Main entrance door. It is very visible and you will never miss it. Enter your user code in the keypad and wait for a few seconds for the door to be unlocked. Now enter inside. After entering, please lock the door using the deadbolt located over the door handle. It is normal that the door "lock status LED" blinks every 6 seconds. EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: $50/ Hour (Pay cash or through Airbnb). Please note we will try our best to accommodate such requests, but it MAY NOT always be possible due to same-day booking and because we need to clean, set up and organize the room for the next Guest. IMPORTANT during ENTRY/ EXIT For your safety, please CLOSE DOORS PROPERLY with a PUSH(after Entering Inside)/ PULL(after Exiting Out) during ENTRY/ EXIT to and from the Townhome.
