Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping 5 with an extra fold out bed if required. Air conditioned, lift access to the apt floor. Parking for one car. This apartment is special. Available for short and long term stays. If being beachfront is important then look no further. You can park the car in the basement car park provided and not get back in. Located beach front means family holidays are easy. Walk down the path to the beach and to the playground. Down the lift to cafes and restaurants. Across the road to Rosebud shops. Bedroom One. Queen bed with ensuite and TV, sliding door with balcony access Bedroom Two. Two single beds with ensuite and TV, sliding door with balcony access We also have available a single fold out bed. This can be used in the living room if you require it. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Great sized living space with dining table for six. Outdoor dining on the spacious balcony and barbeque. Third TV in the open plan living area. Large air conditioning unit that keeps the whole apartment cool. Wall heaters and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. Hens parties by application only.
