BASIC UNIT WITH Netflix- Next to Wigram Reserve

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a couple or a young family as it comes with a fully equiped modern kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, sofa bed, extra storage space and a backyard. The entry is seperate to the main house hence the guests can enjoy full privacy. Located in a quiet location in Wigram. One free car park and off street parking available. Beautiful walk in the reserve & plenty of parks nearby .Supermarket is 2 mins away. Landing has some nice places to eat & a nice movie theatre. The space This is a seperate area but it is attached to the same house. You need not worry about privacy as we live in our own area downstairs and upstairs where we have our own bedrooms. The entry and exit is all seperate to the main house. You may hear us (if you don’t mind kids making little noise but otherwise extremely quite) but won’t see us. If you need anything someone will be available at home to help out. We will provide linens for both the bedroom and the sofa bed. Spare mattress is available upon request. We will also provide some basic breakfast items like milk, fruits, bread, spread, jam, cereal, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Guest access The guests will be able to access the guesthouse from a seperate door located next to the garage. The guests will have full access to their own living room, bathroom, kitchen , laundry, bedroom and walk in wardrobe. There is ample space in the outdoor area that can be used for drying out all the washing as well as play time for kids. Plenty of parking space around the house is available. Other things to note There is plenty of linen located in the walk in wardrobe. Additional blankets, pillows, sheets will be made available on request as Christchurch can get chilly in the night during winters. Please note there is no dining table in the unit . However there is a folding table and 1 folding chair that can be used as a study or dining table . We can provide extra chairs if needed. Please leave us a text in the app if anything is needed.
