Nestled in the heart of Warburton, Victoria, our cozy two-bedroom cottage offers the perfect escape into nature while providing all the comforts of home. The cottage features a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Enjoy a beautifully designed lounge area with a projector for movie nights, a stylish 1940s kitchen with original features, and a bathroom with an additional powder room for convenience. Step outside to discover the outdoor spaces, including a playground for the kids, custom made bike rack for those wanting to bring their own bikes, or hire bikes, and ride the trails, a large pizza oven / fire pit, outdoor dining table, and numerous spaces to sit and relax. For larger groups, our studio accommodation is available for hire for 4 or more guests. This self-contained space features a queen-size bed, a luxurious bathtub, a private bathroom, and a secluded deck, providing a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Whether you're here to explore Warburton’s stunning walking trails, cycle along the Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail, walk into town and enjoy some local produce, or simply relax and soak in the tranquil surroundings, our charming retreat is the perfect base. With all of the vibes, character, and comfort, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. For guests 4+, you can hire out the studio along with the main house. Other things to note Projector for all your Netflix and Disney viewing. The projector is great to watch movies on, while relaxing on the couch and eating popcorn! Sonos Bluetooth speaker, can be connected to projector and your phone for music. Child friendly with a kids playground, featuring slide, tyre swing and naughts and crosses, board games, books, piano and guitar. Bike rack (holds 6 bikes) and bike clean up area. Outdoor pizza oven / fireplace for those cooler nights and entertaining outside. Wood provided. Porta cot on request. All linen provided.
