Beautiful London Flat (with a garden and cat)

A beautiful modern flat on the ground floor of a Georgian London terraced house. Perfect for solo travellers and couples who are happy to spend their stay with a friendly cat. This cosy flat is on a quiet road in trendy Finsbury Park, but just 20 minutes from Central London. Locally there are coffee shops, restaurants, bars and three beautiful parks. The space This is AirBnB as it is meant to be - a real family home on a friendly street in one of London’s best areas; minutes from all the attractions in central London by tube, bus and train. We renovated the flat 2 years ago, creating a large, bright living/dining and kitchen area with skylights and big glass doors onto the south-facing garden. We have cosy wooden and cork floors, mid-century furniture and a well-equipped Pluck kitchen in bright yellow. The kitchen has everything you need including proper knives, electrical equipment, decent pots and pans. You’re welcome to use our spices, oil, salt and pepper etc. We have a Bose speaker/soundbar, a small Smart TV, DAB radios in both the kitchen and bedroom. We have lots of books and games which you’re welcome to use. The bathroom is light and bright, with plywood fittings, shower and small bath. It’s a 2-bedroom flat, but our children’s room is closed during hires as a place to store our things so they’re out of your way. You’ll be sharing the flat with Gus, a friendly 3-year old cat who is often out on the street saying hi to strangers. He tends to keep to himself but will always check in when you’re around (and might even sit on your lap, if you want). You’ll need to give him (dry) food and fresh water everyday. Guest access Guests can use the whole flat apart from the second bedroom which will be shut off during your stay (no-one will be sleeping on it!) We supply towels, bedding and you are welcome to use any condiments, spices etc in the kitchen. There are a few cupboards which we'll lock or ask you not to use things from. Other things to note We live relatively close to Arsenal Football Club and on match days the streets around us get busy with fans before and after the match. This is never a problem except we'd advise not using the Underground at this time as it gets very busy.
