This place has a bedroom on the first floor with a full bathroom and three more bedrooms upstairs with another full bathroom It also has a cute dining area and a kitchen nook for the family to eat / lots of space to enjoy! Short walk to Cedar Lee District and minutes from Coventry Village, Little Italy, John Carroll University and 10 minutes from the Cleveland Hospital Upon entrance to the house, you pull into a driveway with a garage, there is one parking spot, with potential to put two cars side by side very closely or on the boulevard of the driveway. This is a corner property so the entrance is at the front of the house, you walk around the corner to a couple stairs and the front door where there is a smart lock, the code will be giving to you before check in. Once you have unlocked the door, you have a small mud room where you can keep your shoes/jacket etc and a cute French door to the living room. This is a full house w/ 4 bedrooms each w/ one queen bed. One bedroom sits on the main floor with a full bathroom and the other three bedrooms are on the second floor with a second bathroom. The property includes 4 Smart TVs that are on wall mounts, wifi internet & a Keurig for your morning coffee. With a cute kitchen eat in area and a dining area, there is tons of room for people to sit an enjoy their meals plus lots of storage, with a cold room off the dining room. The backyard sits on a hill and is completely fenced in and is concrete. The house is surrounded by grass just not in the back yard. Once you have checked in, you can easily access your vehicle from the backyard gate and down the hill to the driveway. This house allows up to 8 guests and we are pet friendly. We do require all guests and any pets to be identified at booking. There is an additional charge if additional guest are at the property. Please note that: if using the back door entrance, there is a slight hill to climb with stairs. the AC should be set to 73 upon leaving. the house is still an older house and therefor does have unexpected flaws. Hall light on first floor flickers. There is a lamp in the living room. Beautiful and established Cleveland Heights You can park in front of the house during the hours. At night, please park in the drive way. We only have parking for one spot.
