They may be seasonally available and can close for maintenance, including a spring cleaning period. Availability is not guaranteed. • WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. • Stairs: This townhouse has stairs (see photos). • Laundry: In-home washer and dryer provided. • This home is NOT pet friendly for guest stays, however the homeowner does occasionally bring their cat during personal visits. While the property is professionally cleaned between stays, guests with pet allergies or sensitivities should be aware that a cat has been present in the home at times. • Occupancy: The maximum occupancy includes adults, children, and infants. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
