Guest access Village Retreat is located in a quiet court that is a 7 minute walk to the famed Metung Hotel, and a 3 minute walk to the shores of Lake King . There are no steps on the walking track, so bring the kids bikes or scooters for some fun. It's a 5 minute walk to Bancroft Bay boardwalk and the Metung Yacht Club (this path does have steps - so not one for scooters or bikes). Walk to the Village to choose from the range of cafes and restaurants – you are spoilt for choice. Do you like your water sports? There’s even room to park your boat off the street. Other things to note Other bits and bobs - No smoking inside or on the property. - If you are lucky enough to catch fish, please scale and gut them down by the lake, and not in the house. There are plenty of facilities in the Village for gutting and washing your catch. - No cooking crabs or shellfish in the house. Guests that do so will incur costs for damages which will be lodged directly through the Airbnb claims process. - Dog-friendly: Fully fenced backyard, dogs welcome but must remain under owner's control, not allowed on furniture/beds, and sleep in laundry.
