Now, we're not equipped for gourmet cooking here, but fear not, because we've got you covered for some simple eats. We've got a medium-sized fridge to keep your drinks chilled, a microwave for quick snacks, and a small stove for warming up your fave leftovers – it's all about keeping it easy breezy. Chill out in the cozy seating area, where you can binge-watch your go-to shows on the satellite TV or just vibe out with some tunes. Step outside to the patio area and take in the salty sea breeze – it's pure relaxation mode out here. When you're feeling the heat, take a dip in the community pool, just a stone's throw away. Lounge poolside with a cold one or go for a leisurely swim – it's all about living the good life at Rancho Percebu. When hunger strikes, hit up the nearby community restaurant for some tasty Mexican bites or fire up the outdoor BBQ for some grillin' and chillin' under the stars. And of course, you can't miss out on hitting the nearby beach. Rancho Percebu is located 45 minutes South of San Felipe On-site supervisor available to attend to your needs. Location has one of the best beaches in San Felipe Note: Guest provide all needed towels. Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM.  After 8PM, there is an extra $25 check-in Fee. Meeting point is our office at KM 179. From our office we give you check-in information. Distance from our office to the rental is ~45 minutes.  Detailed arrival information sent to guest after reserving. Within the Grocery stores in San Felipe, Calimax and Bodega Aurrera are probably the most reliable along with La Vaquita Market. Be sure to stock some snacks if you're heading south! If you want to explore and have fun off-road but didn't bring your own, you can rent with us ATVs, the rate is $160 dollars per day. Price is subject to change, please speak to one of our agents.
