Three bedroom new home with a great view!

Make our home your home for your stay in wonderful Hobart. Our new 3 bedroom home has a timber deck with lovely views of Mt Wellington and the natural bush nearby, which attracts wallabies and birds. From the top of the driveway, you can see the River Derwent. It's in a quiet, private spot at the end of a cul-de-sac, with views from all rooms. Warm in winter and cool in Summer, it's close to shops, and a 10-minute drive to Hobart, or a 5-minute drive to the world-famous Mona. The space There's an open plan living space with a kitchen, dining and lounge room, as well as a brand new lounge suite and large, new television. There's a fully functioning kitchen and we'll clear out a space in the pantry. There is a high deck off the living area with double sliding doors and a lovely outlook. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, with some access to a walk-in-robe, and a tv. The second bedroom is at the other end of the house, with a queen bed and close access to the main bathroom which has a bath and shower, and a separate toilet. The third bedroom is usually our home office but we have put a double bed in there. It is also close to the main bathroom and toilet. There's a European-style laundry with a washing machine and laundry tub and a clothes line outside. Our home has a lot of space around it and has room to park 3 cars if needed. In the evening and early morning, you can often see wallabies nearby in the bush, and in the garden at the front of the house, as well as on our street sometimes. Guest access You'll have access to the whole home. Our adult daughter, Annabelle, and her friend live in a separate flat downstairs, but there should be no contact with them, except for using the shared driveway. It is our home so some clothes will be in the walk in robe in the main bedroom, but there will be cleared shelves and drawers. You are able to use the clothes line outside if needed. Other things to note We will more than likely be staying at our shack (not too far away) while you are here, so we are available if there are any issues. Or we can ask our daughter to help if needed. We'd appreciate it if you treat our home as you would your own home. As we are in a residential area we don't allow parties. Registration Details 19-321
