Beautiful house in Cambuquira!

Relax with your family in this beautiful country house in Cambuquira, southern Minas Gerais, located in the residential neighborhood of Marimbeiro and a 5-minute drive from the city center. If you are looking for tranquility and a beautiful landscape, this is the ideal place. Enjoy the day sunbathing and cooling off in our pool. We have a pool table for your enjoyment. The sunset is usually a spectacle and at night, don't miss the region's incredible starry sky, sitting on the edge of our outdoor fireplace. The space Country house located in Cambuquira, south of MG, with 4 en-suites, 2 with a double bed and 2 with queen-size beds, plus 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, comfortably accommodating 12 people. The rooms have blackout curtains and ceiling fans, providing a great night's sleep. We also offer pillows and blankets. Our leisure area has a beautiful swimming pool on a slope, with a biribol hammock for your enjoyment. Also enjoy our pool/billiard table and full barbecue area with refrigerator. The house has a beautiful orchard, where depending on the season you can pick fruits and vegetables. And to warm up the cold nights we have an outdoor fireplace, to warm up with a glass of wine and making marshmallows. Our kitchen is complete, with a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, sandwich maker and coffee maker. It has all the basic utensils, such as plates, glasses and cutlery. The house has a beautiful view of the mountains, 400 MB ultra fiber internet, cable TV and quick emergency assistance. Guest access The house is easily accessible through a location application (Google Maps), the neighborhood is residential and our street is in the process of being paved with cobblestones, with some parts still in dirt. During their stay, guests have exclusive access to all the rooms described in the listing. Our caretaker Marco will be responsible for handing over the keys and showing you the house. He does not live in the house, but he lives very close. In some situations, the keys will be made available through a key lockbox located near the entrance gate. The garage accommodates up to 3 cars, and the street is safe and quiet for parking other vehicles. Other things to note - Third parties are not allowed in the house, nor is loud noise, even during the day. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, we respect the neighbors very much. -We do not provide bed linen or bath/pool towels. We recommend 2 double sets, 2 queen bed sets, and 4 single sets. - We provide 12 pillows and blankets. - We ask for your cooperation in turning off the external lights of the house when you go to bed at night and also when you leave (especially the external floodlights) • Plan your arrival at the house: the city is small and the supermarkets close at 8 p.m. • Close the windows, lock the doors and turn off the fans whenever you leave the house or when they are not in use. • Smoking is allowed only outside the house. - We have 4 separate full mattresses and 1 twin mattress available, which can be used for extra guests. The house sleeps 12 in beds and 9 more people on separate mattresses - All garbage (kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor area) must be collected before checkout and deposited in the drums on the street in front of the house. - Dishes and utensils must be cleaned before checkout - Treat the house with care and respect, and return it to us in a similar state of cleanliness as it was delivered to you!
