Hi, we offer a spacious property with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 separate living areas!. We can sleep up to 11 guests. All our rooms have brand new, luxurious, pillow top mattresses. Main bedroom has a king bed, 3 bedrooms have queen beds, and the fifth bedroom has a bunk with double on the base, single on the top. All linen is professionally laundered by Alsco linen service. We are in the heart of the Barossa Valley. We manage the property ourselves and are particularly clean conscious!. The space We have 2 main living areas. A formal lounge for peaceful relaxation, large family room with air conditioning and a cosy slow combustion fireplace for winter!. There is also another entertaining room off the main living with a pool table!!. This provides a little fun for the guests!. The main dining table seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, Pura tap, coffee machine and quality cooking pans and utensils needed to cook up a storm if you don't feel like walking across the road to The 5 star Weintal restaurant for dinner!. Guest access The whole house is available to rent. It is extremely private. There is a key safe, so you can check in easily at your own convenience. Other things to note 'Para House' is in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Walking distance to many wineries, Chocolate factory and restaurants. There is a 24/7 Service station across the road if you've forgotten any emergencies!. We provide a light breakfast of cereals, bread, eggs, fruit, yoghurt and a few extra surprises. We also have a porta cot available and a highchair if needed for the little one.
