Entry is through a smart lock. A digital guestbook will be provided 1–7 days before arrival. Check-in instructions are released on the day of arrival after all required items have been completed: Some closets or garage areas may remain locked for owner use. This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. ℹ️ Good to Know ⏰ Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Children must always be supervised when outdoors near the water. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. 📢 Southwest Florida Notice As with many areas in Southwest Florida, there may occasionally be nearby construction, road improvements, or maintenance activity during your stay. This home is equipped with a security camera on the front right corner of the home with views of the driveway This home is equipped with a ring door bell with views of the front entry way. Guest access The entire home. There may be locked closets or garage space reserved for owner contents. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement and photo ID. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
