A peaceful and comfortable stay at The Retreat standalone townhouse located at the heart of Sunshine precinct with an 8-minute walk to Village cinemas, library, supermarket, cafes, parks, and dining strip. Our brightly lit and newly built house has 3 bedrooms (double beds), 2 bathrooms and is suitable for families and professionals. The house has direct street access to 1 garage and 1 off-street parking, AC in every room, and timber floors throughout. Tea, coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen. The space Sunshine Mellow Retreat is a self-catering accommodation with close proximity to Sunshine Train Station, parks, Sunshine Leisure Centre, Sunshine Plaza, Sunshine Marketplace, buses, and schools. With 3 generous and brightly lit bedrooms (1 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs) which contain BIR, a fully equipped kitchen, fast free Wifi and a large flat-screen TV in the living room. Each room contains air-conditioning, a modern kitchen, a dining and living area, and guests can also relax in the private courtyard or balcony. The living room and kitchen are on the first floor along with a full bathroom. The space: The space is great for a staycation whether its temporary work relocation, work-from-home alternative or for families. Home key features include: • Self check-in available. • All rooms have air-conditioning. • Single garage and concrete off-street parking space/driveway. • Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all the utensils. • Washing detergent is available for use with separate washing and dryers. Please check amenities section for what's provided at the property. • Basic pantry items: salt, pepper and cooking oil. • We are strict in the number of guest(s) checking-in to be match number of guest(s) booked. It is known for its transport hub, multicultural community, shopping... Whether it's your first time in Melbourne, temp/ long-term stay, it's a great suburb to by-pass/stay. Please do some research on your trip before arriving or during at the property. Keep in mind that the property is located in a quiet residential area. Even though it is a residential area, the property is very close to two shopping malls/centres, restaurants and cafes which are all walkable distances. Public Transports are close by, ranging from 3 minutes walk to 15 minutes walk (buses and a train station.
