Expanded 1940s bungalow with two floors and three full baths. There are three bedrooms and three full baths for your use. A great eat-in kitchen and modest great room are perfect for relaxing beforehand and after the events. It is a beautiful walk to Kerrytown and Main Street, close to the Big House and all of campus. It is minutes from everything Ann Arbor has to offer! We do allow dogs up to two 50 lbs or less. They must be registered like you would a guest. There is an additional fee. The space You will have one small Bedroom on the first floor (Full Bed), next to a small tile full bath. There are two more Bedrooms to use upstairs (1 Full, 1 Queen), with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The house's main suite is one of the upstairs bedrooms and has a queen bed, a private attached bath, and a small deck. The owner's Bedroom and rooms in the basement Laundry are locked and are the owner's private space. There is a garden hill view off the great room, with a small deck and brick patio to relax on. This room is perfect for multiple couples and/or some single guests. There are three separate showers for your group. Ample street parking and the narrow shared driveway will a car or two. The great room has a dining table and chairs and a small eat-in kitchen. TV / Record player with tube pre-amp and Bose sound on the main floor, with TVs upstairs. Bose Sound, TVs in most rooms, Wireless Internet, Nest Central Heat/Air. Workspaces in bedrooms let you take care of business. Guest access If there are any concerns, we will stay nearby in the city on most trips. You are renting our home. We are new to hosting and love to travel. To make some of our goals possible, we are into ArBnB'ing. We plan on doing it more and evolving, but this will be a very "old-school" AirBnB experience. We often like to meet guests and answer any questions. You will have access to the primary and second floors, including three bedrooms, the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. The owner's bedroom, the basement rooms, and the storage areas are off-limits. You are welcome to use the back deck and brick patio, but please avoid the top of the garden hill.
