Homosassa has plenty of adventures to offer you during your stay; boating, fishing, scalloping, kayaking, swimming in the freshwater springs, waterfront dining, and more! Beautiful waterfront stilt home located on spacious lot with three levels of decks and over 200 feet of dockage - the views are stunning and location is very peaceful! Top decks are fully screened with plenty of outdoor dining space to enjoy with family or friends. Three bedrooms, two full baths, spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms. Two pull-out sofas located in the living room. Double sliding glass doors in the living room open up to the second tier screened deck, overlooking the docks and canal. Grill area located on ground floor, along with additional patio seating and hammock setup. Prime location on deep water canal, just a short boat ride to the main Homosassa River. Fish cleaning station. Boat docking available, parallel dock parking only. Walking or bike riding distance to many local restaurants and activities! Public boat ramps are less than 1.5 miles away by road, and 0.5 miles by water. Homosassa is a golf cart friendly community. Our rental does not include a golf cart.
