Just a short walk to Vivonne Bay beach and the tranquil Hariet River, a short drive to Seal Bay and 20 minutes to Flinders Chase National Park. To help you unwind, enjoy a complimentary bottle of local wine and treats! The space Welcome to Melaleuca Mansion, we are very excited to share our place with you! This unique and comfortable home has a quirky and playful interior with well-appointed kitchen. The main building has a comfortable queen bed, lovely linen and privacy curtains. If booking for more than two guests, there are two bed configurations available. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with high quality linen. The room is a short walk from the house, through the trees and is equipped with a bar fridge, kettle, toaster and a tv with a large collection of dvds! In the loft, which is accessed via a ladder, is a comfortable sofa that transforms into a queen bed. When booking for more than two guests, please request which bed configuration you would prefer so that access and linen can be provided. Melaleuca Mansion also offers a fold out mattress for a small adult or child upon request if one of your guests would prefer to sleep in the main building. Extra linen will be provided at a cost. Melaleuca Mansion has a warm and homely feel. We look forward to having you stay! Guest access Guests can enjoy the main building with the open plan room including queen bed with privacy curtains, kitchen and dining space, loft style lounge room, bathroom and toilet. If you want to use the lounge loft, for your own safety, hold on to the rail and do not carry anything up the ladder larger or heavier than a loaf of bread. It may not be suitable for young children. If children under your care are in the house, please supervise to ensure their safety. Bed/bedding options: 1-2 guests: Queen bed with linen provided. If you are staying as two guests and would prefer to stay in separate beds, and extra linen fee will be charged. 3-4 guests: $50 extra guest fee applies for children and adults. You may choose between the queen sofa bed in the loft (not suitable for young children) or the second bedroom with a queenbed. The second bedroom is accessed via a short path from the main building. Please request preferred bed configuration to ensure that access and linen is provided. Please note: Upon request, Melaleuca Mansion offers a fold out mattress for a small adult or child if one of your guests would prefer to sleep in the main building. Extra fees may apply for linen. There is also a porta cot with bedding and highchair available on request for an extra fee. Other things to note Melaleuca Mansion provides the lounge in the loft space. This can be accessed via a ladder. A fireplace and ceramic wall heating is provided for your comfort. Melaleuca Mansion has a high-end composting toilet. This eco-stay has rainwater and eco-products are provided.
