Welcome to our three-bedroom house nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Warburton, Victoria where everyone is welcome. With beautiful views of the mountains, a luxurious outdoor bath and shower, well-equipped kitchen, an oversized cozy dog bed and fire pit ideal for late night campfires and roasting marshmallows, our home offers an enchanting getaway for those seeking relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories. The space Step inside our thoughtfully designed three-bedroom house, where modern comforts blend with the surrounding natural beauty. The open-plan living area leads out to a balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the perfect spot to have your morning coffee. Alternatively, you can curl up in one of the plush sofas with a book, play a board game or watch a film (you can log into your own account through our Smart TV). Our central heating and air conditioning in all rooms means you’ll will have comfort throughout the house, whatever the weather. We are also excited to share that the house now has a battery and solar power in an effort to make our home a little more environmentally sustainable. If you're coming home after a long day of exploring the trails and tracks (or just having fun in the river), you can wash your bike (or shoes) on the bike stand in the back garden, store your bike in our secure under-house storage and come in through the mud room at the back of the house where you can leave your muddy clothes before heading inside. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring state-of-the-art appliances, a good set of kitchen knives, and all the essentials needed to enjoy some home cooked meals and fresh morning coffee. You can eat at our hand-made dining table or head outside to the outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your meals while breathing in the clean mountain air. Help yourself to the fresh mint growing in the garden. The three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms are ideal for a good night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious queen-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms feature two King Singles which you can push together or keep separate depending on your preference. Crisp linens, therapeutic or fluffy pillows and fresh towels ensure your utmost comfort There is a private study ideal for people who want to get away from the office but still have work to do. Fitted out with a wall-length desk a comfortable office chair, a smart TV which doubles as a monitor and reliable WiFi and a door that locks from the inside (in case you really need some peace!) you will have everything you need to complete a full-day of work. In the evenings, the two-seater sofa and TV in the study means it can double as a space where your kids can play video games or a quiet place to read your book. There is also a sit/stand desk and office chair with great mountain views in the larger bedroom meaning multiple people can work and have zoom/teams meetings without interruption. The designer bathroom and powder room include your essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), hairdryer and a delux rain head shower with great water pressure. The shower wand is ideal for washing the little ones. Outdoor Haven: We have a large, fully-fenced garden ideal for children or dogs to run around. Alternatively, feel free to indulge in an outdoor bath with privacy screens to make you feel comfortable. Immerse yourself in the warm water and unwind as you take in the views of the surrounding mountains (note: this is not a spa bath, just a standard bath with very hot water). In the evening, relax around the fire pit and enjoy the view as the sun goes down. We have a coal-fire BBQ so you can cook outdoors. Locations Our house is perfectly situated just five to ten minutes walk from Warburton's famous swing bridge, the beautiful yarra river and Warburton main street where you can enjoy exploring the trails along the river or relax with a coffee. Our house also provides you with easy access to the hundreds of different mountain biking and gravel riding trails around Warburton and the Warburton-Lilydale rail trail, perfect for exploring on two feet or two wheels. Access to the o'shannassy aqueduct trail is just 700m away (slightly up!) where walking or riding gives a stunning experienced looking over the valley and town of Warburton Additional Amenities: • Chromecast • Wi-Fi, Air conditioning and heating • Washer • Parking for three cars Note: our house is not as accessible as we would like it to be. There are a set of stairs leading from the driveway up to the house and a second set leading up to the front door. This means we understand what you need to ensure your holiday is full of adventure whilst giving you the opportunity to relax and unwind and have designed the house accordingly. As a result, we are available to provide assistance, recommendations, and ensure you have a wonderful stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our Warburton retreat! The House Design: After purchasing the house Two Design, a boutique Melbourne interior design company set to work bringing this 1970’s home to life. The team revised the floor plan to create the study area and extra powderoom. The furniture including bedside tables, tall boys and dinning table were designed specifically to suit the house theme and carefully constructed by the hosts. The addition of the outdoor shower and bath adds the finishing touch for your luxury stay. Guest access Guests have the whole house and garden to themselves for the entirety of their stay.
