The space This 1,833 sf, single level home is updated and ready to become your new favorite repeat-vacation spot. Light and bright throughout and in colors of the seashore, Casa Azul welcomes visitors into a tranquil, restful space. Located in the Country Club East area of the exclusive Pebble Beach® community, the home is near world-class golf and restaurants, and a comfortable distance to all the attractions of the Monterey Peninsula and areas from Santa Cruz to Big Sur. The home is also within 2 hours from San Jose airport and about 3 hours from San Francisco airport. The living area is comfortable and gracious, with a large plush sectional sofa, wood burning fireplace and HDTV. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a four burner gas range. Small appliances like a blender and a drip coffeemaker / single cup coffeemaker combo make for a convenient morning experience. In addition to the formal dining room which seats 6+, there is a cozy breakfast nook in the kitchen with a glass top table that seats 4. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and TV. The main hall bathroom is located near Bedrooms #2 and #3 and it has a shower-over-tub and dual vanity. The home also has a half-bath near the living areas. Outside The back patio offers a table and chairs with a large shade umbrella and a propane grill. The yard is fenced. The front patio/courtyard offers additional seating and is a great space in which to gather. The two car garage is available for parking as well as uncovered off street parking in the driveway. Other things to note This home is Pet Friendly and should you wish to bring your pet please make a note in your request. Sanctuary Vacation Rentals will contact you as there is an additional fee and addendum that must be completed. There may be breed and size limitations imposed by the home owner. Bringing a pet to the home without paying the pet fee and completing the addendum can result in an additional charge of up to $500 per pet. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GATE ACCESS FOR THE PEBBLE BEACH COMMUNITY: We look forward to welcoming you! As you were informed during the booking process, the Pebble Beach Community has a $12.25* per car, per day gate fee. This is considered a ‘toll road’. Unfortunately, the Pebble Beach Community has recently made a policy change and we are no longer permitted to add your name to a guest list ahead of time for admission. INSTRUCTIONS: - Use the Visitors lane and come to a full stop at the guard gate. - Let the guard know your name is not on the guest list and that you are entering the community because you have rented a short-term rental from Sanctuary Vacation Rentals. (It is very important that you use this verbiage because there are some events and times of year when Pebble Beach will not allow tourists to drive through the community as sight-seers and they need to know WHY you are entering the community so that they will admit you.) - Pay the gate fee (per car, per day; $12.25 as of December 2024 but the rate is subject to change) They accept cash or cards. - Be sure to save the receipt because you will need to show it again for re-entry into any of the Pebble Beach gates and this receipt will act as your day pass. - Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and we look forward to hosting you!
