Welcome to my apartment in Saint-Etienne! Very central and convenient, it is located 400 m from Place Jean Jaurès and tram stops. Everything can be done on foot, whether to go to the Cité du Design (10 min), the Zenith, the Comédie or the Chateaucreux Station (20 min) or even the Stade Geoffroy Guichard (30 min). Super bright, with a large south-facing balcony and beautiful views of the city, it is located on a beautiful lively square in the center, where you can do your shopping. The space This is my main residence, fully equipped and decorated by me. With 2 bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room, you can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen includes stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need to feel at home. In the living room-kitchen, you have a large table to eat together but you can also enjoy the balcony to snack in the sun. The 3 double beds are new and comfortable and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The accommodation is located on the 6th and top floor of the building, with elevator access. Guest access For a reservation for 2 people, one of the rooms will be inaccessible, but from 3 people, I provide you with the entire apartment.
