The house Sol Nascente (Rising Sun) owes its name to the good sun exposure in the morning, flooding the house with light. In the exceptional time of Covid 19, an independent house is an asset for your health and safety, in addition to the fact that we have intensified all cleaning and disinfection procedures. The house is located in the historic centre of the city, between Penedo da Saudade and the Botanical Garden, a 15 min walk to the University. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The space The house is ideal for tourists who want to visit Coimbra and also for families with children. It has two floors. The bottom floor has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 completely equipped kitchen and 1 entrance/living room. Upstairs there are 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom with a crib and a bedroom with 1 single bed, a complete bathroom and a toilet. Guest access Guests can access the entire space with total privacy. It is a detached house. The house is all to yourselves. Other things to note We try to provide as much information as possible before the arrival, so that guests know what to expect. You can use all the rooms, even if it is just a group of 5 or 6 people, allowing everyone to have their own room. We have a 48-hour gap between stays, which allows for late check-outs.
