Tree-Lined & Convenient Location: Located in the leafy, lakeside suburb of Yarralumla, your stay places you within walking distance of - - Lake Burley Griffin for walks, kayaking, or cycling - Weston Park – great for family picnics, barbecues, and kids’ activities - Yarralumla Bakery – famous for its Turkish bread and pastries - Embassies, Government House, and the Royal Canberra Golf Club - Only a short drive to Parliament House, the National Gallery, and Canberra’s top restaurants and museums Features: - 2 Comfortable Bedrooms w/ a King bed in Bedroom 1 and a Queen bed in the bedroom 2 - A Clean, Functional Bathroom w/ Fresh towels and essential toiletries - A complete Kitchen that Includes microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle, and essentials - Living & Dining Area w/ Comfortable lounge seating and a dining table that seats 4. - High-speed WiFi for work or entertainment - Garden Surrounds - Free Off-Street Parking What you'll expect on arrival: Upon arrival at the address, you may park off-street via our shared 6-car car space and driveway. Additional street parking also available. To access the suite you will enter through the garden gate then through a big sliding door. You will then be greeted by our Dining & Living area upfront, then through a small corridor on the left is the fully equipped Kitchen, bathroom and the second bedroom. To the left of the Dining and Living area leads towards the Main bedroom with a garden view. Guest access You’ll have exclusive access to the 2-Bedroom guest suite space on the ground floor including the living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and our shared parking space. Please Note: This is originally a 9-Bedroom property, divided into 4 separate self-contained guest suites/listings. All of which have their own separate entrances. Potential noise may come from other staying guests in the other guest suites. However, we inform all our staying guests of our quiet hours (Between 9pm - 7am). Other things to note Additional Information: Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 10 AM Self-check-in for your convenience NO SMOKING/VAPING: Any evidence of smoking inside the house may result in a fine/fee. You are welcome to smoke outdoors but please make sure you clean up and dispose of rubbish where necessary - Not in the Garden. EXCESSIVE NOISE LEVELS: Please turn down the noise levels past 9PM (9 o'clock at night), to avoid any disturbance to our other guests staying in the other Guest suites, neighbours and the surrounding area. LOSS OF KEYS: Any related costs that stems from the loss of keys during the period of your stay will be your responsibility, meaning any outsourced services and/or replacements are at your own costs as guests.
