If you do not require the beds or space downstairs then please get in touch and I will be able to reduce the fee. As well as being beachfront, our place is opposite the River, where you can Kayak and paddle. Our stunning beach retreat has a fantastic, spacious, open plan living area on the upper floor. Brand new comfy lounge sofas allow you to relax whilst watching the huge wall mounted Smart TV. AC unit. A fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with bean to cup coffee machine, means you can cook up a storm for all the family! Plenty of space for dining inside or out, whatever the weather. Full glass sliding doors open out on to the the expansive undercover deck area, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. From here take 20 steps to the beach, where you can see both ocean and mountains. The beach here is pristine! Relax in style & comfort outside, with a choice of hammock or outdoor sofas. You will find a fantastic Webber BBQ and kitchen with a cooler fridge. An outside shower lets you wash off before heading inside. To the front of the property you will find 3 large Queen bedrooms, all with new comfy mattresses, linen and towels, and built-in storage and AC units. The Master bedroom has a an ensuite with a good sized shower & a work space with desk & chair. There is another office space in the 2nd bedroom, equipped with monitor, chair and desk. Large Family bathroom with walk-in shower. Downstairs to the property, with it’s own separate entrance, you will find the entertainment area. The large lounge area has a huge comfy sofa, large Smart TV and small shower room. Large reverse cycle AC unit The entertainment room smartly doubles up as extra sleeping space, where you will find a pull down queen bed with an excellent new mattress. Perfect for older kids! Outside to the front of the property is a ping pong/table tennis and basketball hoop. Parking for up to 4 cars only. A few bikes are provided for use. Please note that the downstairs area is not connected internally to the upstairs area. Only 30 min Gold coast Airport. 20 Min to Byron Bay. Weekly Farmers Market and coffee shop on your doorstep. Enjoy Marshalls creek across the road with a rope swing and a great spot to take a paddle. Take a short 5-10 min bike ride to the neighbouring village of South golden beach where you will find a great park and skatepark and another fab cafe. Please note that we advertise for 10 guests but only a MAX of 8 adults allowed.
