Our accommodation has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 1 single bed each), an equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. Excellent location: 700m from the beach, 5min from the bus station, 6min from Sesc, 11min from downtown. Close to restaurants, market, pharmacy, pet shop, gas station. A: Electronic lock, we will send you the information on the day of your check-in 2- Is it close to the beach? How far is it? A: 700 meters from the beach, we recommend going by car, as the best beaches are about 1.3 km away, including SESC Bertioga beach. 3- What is the check-in and check-out time? However, all our guests use the parking spaces on the sides of the condominium. The street is quiet and has local surveillance. We emphasize that we are not responsible for any type of security outside the condominium; our responsibility is limited to the interior of the apartment. • Check-in and check-out times: - Check-in: Must be done after 2 p.m. If you wish to check in early, the request will be subject to availability and an additional charge.
