Plus, you will love the high-end water filter system that delivers safe drinking and cooking water to a spigot at the sink, and directly to the refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker. You will never run out of clean drinking water and ice, or have to deal with heavy and unwieldy jugs of water. The lounge has a comfy couch, two stylish Papasan chairs and a conversation piece dining table and chairs. Through the large windows you can see the white sand beach and the beautiful blue and turquoise ocean. The covered terrace is another beautiful and private space, with separate areas for relaxing and dining. Relax on the sofa or arm chairs, and just listen to the sounds of the sea! The master bedroom with new King bed, large closet, laptop size safe and full ensuite bathroom also has an ocean / beach view. All bathrooms offer vanity, storage and walk in showers. The second bedroom also has a new King bed, plenty of closet space & full ensuite bathroom. Plus a stunning view of the beach and ocean! The last bedroom has a new king bed and a large closet, with a full bathroom for all guests to use in the passageway. The owners have a taste for design and quality and this shines throughout the apartment. The apartment even has noise reducing windows, so you can sleep in peace while others party. You will not beat the view from this unit, which looks out over an expanse of white sand to the turquoise water of the ocean. The spacious pool has umbrellas for shade, comfortable loungers and a lovely, inexpensive pool restaurant for drinks, snacks and breakfast/lunch. The vast beach area with complimentary chairs and tables has plenty of space for sport and for lounging. This is the perfect vacation rental, but why not just come and work if you want to — with 100Mbps WiFi you can work and play! The community of Stanza Mare has: 24-hour security at main gate and beach access. Reception area to check in with your passport, I will ask for copies of these to register you previously. This is a must and failure to do so will result in no entry to the property. Short-term clients cannot have visitors into the complex. One large pool & one small kid pool Private beach access with complimentary sunbeds / palapa style shades at both pools and beach. Excellent Poolside restaurant and bar with cash or credit card options. You can take your own food / drink (no glass) to the beach not to the pool. Two car spaces available for this apartment Guest access One free car parking space per apartment. All of the apartment is for you only. The owners have a locked closet area which is to remain closed during your stay. Other things to note Electricity is an extra charge for the personal consumption used during your stay. This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. I will provide the meter reading upon arrival, and it will be read again at the end of your stay, and you only pay for the KW used. The present rate is 20 RDS PER kw (May 2024 ) however this can change and price is supplied by CEPM the official electric company here . All clients must register with me by sending Passport / Drivers license so I can register you previously at the reception area. THIS IS A MUST BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL OR THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN. THIS IS A QUIET PEACEFUL COMPLEX, NO PARTIES, DRUGS OR ILEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED. NO OTHER GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN TO VISIT DURING YOUR STAY. No pets allowed!
