My place is close to Supermarkets (Ralphs, CVS, Sprouts...), Coffee Shops (Starbucks, The Coffee Beans & Tea Leafs...), Restaurants (Karl Strauss,Miguel's Cocina,Panera Bread,Phil's BBQ, Chef Chin...). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space 750 square feet and spacious apartment renovation. Quiet and beautiful. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, convenient apartment is located in the 4S Ranch, Rancho Bernard and east of Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe and Carmel Valley. Easy access to highway. 25 minutes driving to downtown San Diego and some of the best beach in California. Suitable for couples and small children or parents seek to relax in a quiet family. The community has a swimming pool, spa and tennis court, gym and other area. The master bedroom there is a large queen bed and one twin bed. The bath has a bathtub. Some features include a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and freezer, washing machine and dryer. One parking space. High speed Internet and central air conditioning. The kitchen has cooking POTS and pans, knives, dishes, cooking oil, sugar. Guest access The whole space of the unit except the locked walking closet in master bedroom Other things to note 1. Please treat this condo as your own home and enjoy your stay. 2. Designated parking spot #671, in front of the building. No overnight parking at guest spots. 3. We try to keep this condo a tidy and clean place for every guest. Thus, please remove your shoes to enter the condo. 4. TV does not come with a remote control. Please operate TV with buttons at right edge of screen. TV does not have cable program. A Roku is provided for guests to log-in their accounts to use stream media services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. 5. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking only. 6. For using of dishwasher, please push door latch handle all way to right to ensure water tie. 7. Trash can is below sink. For guest of long stay, you can damp trash to trash station at northeast corner of the building. 8. In addition to the key in the lockbox, another house key and a key for community swimming pool are located on the wall next to entry door. 9. This is a nice and quiet community. Please keep quite after 9pm. 10. Pool and spa hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. 11. No party. 12. No drug. 13. No smoke. 14. No pet. 15. Only limited house supply (such as toilet paper, trash bag, etc...) is provided to help guests settle down. Please go nearby grocery store to get additional house supplies. 16. Please check out by 11am and return all keys to original location after use to avoid replacement cost. Please make sure one key is put back into the lockbox.
