This bright little house is newly renovated and sure to please - whether it’s a family holiday or business trip you will enjoy waking up to the birds chirping and wildlife in the front yard. Conveniently located ten minutes from the city and stones-throw from Tasmania’s infamous Tamar Valley wineries and Tasmania Zoo. The space Property boasts off street parking and double carport for two vehicles. Living area with smart tv and dining. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven. European laundry with washer and dryer. 2 bathrooms; main with full-size bath. 3 generous sized bedrooms. Outdoor area with seating. Guest access Guests will have access to home via lockbox and key. Code will be sent out morning of arrival. There is alternate entry with no stairs around the back of house for those with mobility issues. Other things to note Please note the Little White House is exactly that and it can only host a maximum of 6 guests including children and infants. Extra charges may apply if there is more than the maximum number of guests. Although I love to accomodate my guests with an early check in please note this is not always available. So please consider this when booking the property. The indoor fireplace is also out of use at this stage thank you. If eating curry is a must, please be mindful to not stain the bench tops.
